Educational Resources and Review Committee of the Society of Biblical Literature

I received the exciting news this morning that my nomination to the Educational Resources and Review Committee of the Society of Biblical Literature was approved. I’ll begin serving in 2022.

Welcome to my blog!

This is the blog of Brian LePort (PhD, University of Bristol), a rare bird who teaches Religious Studies to high schoolers. If you teach this same age demographic, or even older students (or no students at all), I hope you’ll find something of value here.

Just remember: “The views expressed on this blog do not necessarily represent the views of my co-religionists, employer, spouse, family, friends, etc…not even when they’re true and reasonable!” (Adapted from the disclaimer given on the radio show, “Philosophy Talk”.)
